Incoded CRM – Customer Relationship Management system has been built by developers, project managers and business owners who actually use it. After trying a number of different applications, we gathered ideas we liked and improvements we found useful and embedded them all into our CRM. Now we decided to share it with the world. But that’s not all! We’re getting more and more ideas every day and we will be expanding and updating our customer relationship management app every day.
Our CRM is organized in workspaces. Workspace is the main – top entity in the CRM. It’s used to easily separate and organize your resources, projects, tasks etc. For example, if you have two different teams who work on different projects, you may create two workspaces and separate it all without being worried you’ll mix things.
Each workspace has its own dashboard. It contains a resume of major and latest information from the CRM – personal notes, latest activities and tasks, tasks chart etc.
Companies and Team panels contain options to create and manage companies and people you work with as well as invite new colleagues to join with your workspace and that way take part in development process of your projects and tasks.
CRM contains four major modules used for project management – Projects, Tasks, Events and Documents.
Timer is a tool similar to stopwatch, made to track time spent on tasks.
